For the Boyer family, accomplishing great work just runs in the family. Jock Boyer, Coach of Team Rwanda Cycling, is an accomplished pro cyclist and has competed and won cycling events at the highest level.  Jock’s brother Winston Boyer, is also renowned and accomplished in his own field – that of fine art photography.

Wyoming-Landscape--Rainbow

Wyoming Landscape by Winston Boyer

Our 50 Mile Ride event will be like a family reunion, as both Jock and Winston plan to be here.  We’re honored to have two of Winston’s most popular fine art prints available for auction at our event.  These gorgeous prints are each 50″ long, from a limited edition of only 64 hand signed and numbered prints that normally retail for $1200 each.  Winston has generously donated these prints to our event, to help us raise funds for Team Rwanda Cycling.

There is a story behind each of the two images Winston chose for our event.  For generations, the Boyer family has owned a ranch in Wyoming, and according to Winston, the “pot of gold” at the end of the rainbow in the image is the exact location of their ranch.  The other image was taken above Big Sur during a recent Tour of California cycling stage race – and in the large 50″ print, you can see the cyclists making their way through the countryside.
